MLPH offers professional fulfillment services that cover the full operational cycle, from warehousing to dispatch. With two specialized centers in Spain (one for B2C and one for B2B) we ensure accurate, timely, and premium-grade handling of your orders. Brands also have the possibility to keep their stock in our facilities, benefiting from optimized inventory management and seamless replenishment. Our fulfillment model is designed to adapt to both early-stage brands and scaling operations.
CLIENT TYPES
B2C Fulfillment — Barcelona Warehouse
Service dedicated exclusively to e-commerce orders (end customers). From our facilities in Barcelona, we handle the complete management of orders generated through your online store, with special attention to presentation and customer experience.
B2B Fulfillment — Tenerife Warehouse
Geared towards wholesale distribution and professional clients, including boutiques, retail chains, concept stores, and distributors. This service handles larger volumes and commercial-specific dispatch conditions.
Services Included (Both Centers)
Reception and secure storage of inventory
Order picking and preparation
Professional packaging using tertiary materials (outer box, protective wrap, transparent tape, shipping labels)
Coordination of logistics and shipping documentation
Preparation of shipments for pickup by designated carriers
Inventory monitoring and basic stock reporting
General Conditions
For B2C fulfillment, stock must be shipped to our Barcelona warehouse.
Internal transfer from Tenerife to Barcelona is available but not included in the standard fee.
Shipping costs to final recipients are calculated separately based on destination, service level, and carrier.
Fulfillment services do not include customs duties, VAT, or any import/export-related taxes.
