CRAFTING THE FRAGRANCE THAT
REFLECTS YOUR VISION

Concept to creation. Developing a fragrance that authentically represents a brand requires much more than technical knowledge. It requires sensibility, vision, and collaboration.

At MLPH, we work side-by-side with each client to co-create a signature olfactory identity. From the initial brief and scent development to the final bottling, our integrated formulation and production services are built around precision, creativity, and regulatory excellence. Every product is crafted to meet international quality standards while preserving the uniqueness of the brand.

FRAGRANCE FORMULATION SERVICES

MLPH offers comprehensive formulation and production services tailored to the needs of fragrance brands. These services include expert-level formula development, regulatory compliance, and prototyping, as well as optional add-ons such as customized packaging and international shipping. Below is a detailed breakdown of the services and associated costs.

Under contractual agreement, clients are granted full exclusivity over the use of the formulas developed specifically for their brand.

These compositions are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and will not be shared with, licensed to, or reproduced for any other project or entity. While formulas are not sold or transferred, MLPH guarantees absolute privacy and exclusivity. All creations remain part of MLPH’s internal archive and are the sole property of MLPH.

MINIMUM PRODUCTION TIMES

& KEY CONSIDERATIONS

The estimated timelines for each stage of the production process are as follows: fragrance prototyping takes approximately 3–5 weeks, packaging development requires 4–8 weeks, and final production and bottling take 6–8 weeks from the moment all final graphic files are confirmed.

Please note that for the first production batch, fixed timelines cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as raw material availability, packaging approval, additional client requests, and logistics.

For subsequent batches, and barring major changes, production is typically completed within 8–12 weeks after confirmation.

COMMERCIAL BRIEFING
& MARKETING SUPPORT

Alongside the sampling phase, a meeting is organized with the client to define commercial needs and next steps. During this session, the client outlines their business requirements, and objectives such as volumes, pricing, marketing strategies, and regulatory support are discussed. A personalized quote is then drafted, including all upcoming phases and any additional services required (regulatory, creative, or logistical). Once confirmed, the operational phase is scheduled.

In parallel with the formula development, the product concept is reviewed with the client, and a proposal is provided for creative and marketing services. These may include branding and moodboard creation, primary packaging design (bottle, pump, cap, printing), secondary packaging development (boxes, cards, cellophane), and general support in marketing and web strategy.
