At MLPH, we understand that design and marketing requirements evolve over time. For this reason, we offer two ways of working: individual service quotations tailored to the client’s specific needs, or a monthly retainer model, which we strongly recommend (particularly when building a brand from the ground up and facing multiple simultaneous needs). In either case, a dedicated team of professionals will be ready to deliver customized graphic solutions.

Our approach integrates strategic planning, content creation, and visual storytelling to ensure that each brand we support has the tools to connect, inspire, and grow.

Our services encompass a broad range of creative and strategic solutions, including product and packaging design, development of visual identity and brand books, as well as naming and storytelling tailored to each brand's unique voice. We also support social media strategy through Instagram content planning and copywriting, while offering website design and ecommerce advisory to ensure a seamless digital presence. Additionally, we provide digital marketing support, including email campaigns and advertising through platforms such as Google and Meta.

 

At MLPH, each client selects the services that best align with the stage of their project and the materials they already have. As such, the scope of each collaboration is defined on a case-by-case basis, tailored to the specific needs and available resources of each client.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of services that can either be included in a long-term service agreement through a monthly retainer, or quoted separately according to the client’s specific needs. The main objective remains to ensure continuous and flexible collaboration.
 

Marketing and Design Support: Provide general consulting and support in graphic design and marketing for the brand, as well as guidance in the creative construction of brand and identity. We offer multiple graphic design services (packaging design, file adaptations for print and digital formats, photomontages, corporate material design, etc.).

Product Design: Offer conceptual and product design consulting aligned with the client’s vision and in accordance with trends in the niche perfumery market.

Visual Identity: Structure your corporate visual identity properly.

Brand Values and Positioning: Defining the brand’s purpose, vision, key values, and competition. This strategic foundation will guide all future expressions of the project.

Brand Storytelling: Write the foundational narrative of the brand, conveying its essence, origin, inspiration, and value proposition. This story will serve as the backbone of all communications across channels and materials.

Brand Book Development: Create a comprehensive document compiling the strategic, visual, and communication tone guidelines for the brand.

Social Media Management (Instagram): Develop a content strategy aligned with the brand identity, including a monthly calendar, inspiring copywriting, and visual direction in line with your brand’s aesthetics.

Website Design: Redesign the e-commerce platform to better fit the client’s sales needs, and provide ongoing maintenance.

Online Communication: Implement and manage online communication platforms (e.g., email marketing, Meta and Google Ads campaigns) based on the client’s needs.

Visual Guidelines: Establish visual guidelines to direct your content creation progressively.

Visual Campaign & Strategy Coordination: Support the client in coordinating brand campaign creation and marketing strategies, including campaigns executed with external suppliers.

Professional Newsletter Feature: Promote and increase visibility of the brand through MLPH’s monthly B2B newsletter sent to over 8,000 distributors, concept stores, and niche perfumeries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
